Why CTRL Camp?
We help you turn music into money.
Sync licensing is a powerful income stream that pays you again and again for music you’ve already made. At CTRL Camp, we show you how to write music that sells, pitch it the right way, and tap into a network of real opportunities that can supplement—or even replace—your day job.
We give you a clear map to get there.
The sync world has been clouded by confusion, bad advice, and gatekeeping. We break it all down into a clear, step-by-step process, guiding you from total beginner to confident pro—without the fluff, scams, or overwhelm.
We teach you a new way to make music.
Creating for sync is different—but it’s exciting. You’ll stretch your creativity, write with purpose, and learn the specific skills that music supervisors, editors, and ad agencies are looking for. It’s not just about making great music—it’s about making great music that creatives with budgets will pay for.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Eric
I’m a songwriter, producer, and recording artist who’s been licensing music for TV, film, and ads for over a decade. If you’ve watched shows like Bel-Air, Greenleaf, Chicago Fire, or seen ads from brands like Nissan, BMW, or Zoa Energy Drink, there’s a good chance you’ve already heard my work.
I run a sync agency called sus3 Music, where we provide one-stop music to music supervisors, production companies, and ad agencies. I’ve had the chance to create original content for networks like Paramount, and even had songs recorded by artists like Musiq Soulchild, Bootsy Collins, and Jekalyn Carr.
But honestly? One of the things I’m most proud of is building CTRL Camp—a community of over 8,500 independent musicians who are learning how to get their music synced without waiting for anyone’s permission.
Whether you’re just getting started or ready to take things to the next level, I’m here to help you navigate the world of sync with clarity, confidence, and real results.

“Thanks for providing the free course. I have learned a lot… even though I stumbled through the quiz. Lol It has given me a lot to think about, and a lot to prepare for. I’m not sure if the project I’m working on is right for this industry, but I’m still interested in giving this a try.”
Jone C.
“Thank you for this course! I learned a lot, both to confirm what I know and information I did not know before taking this course. It is highly digestible information and boiled down to essentials that help independent artists like me understand what is required.”
